Finding Journal Articles

To begin a project that requires current criminal justice information, you can use the following electronic databases and resources. All are available on campus at The University Center however some are specific to individual partner libraries. In those cases, you will have to use a login/password for access from home or TUC campus.

Database searching by topic can be tricky. Each database has a HELP section with hints and advice. Most databases default to a Basic Search but there is usually an option to choose Advanced or Search Plus if you need a specific journal title, author or even article title. If you have any questions or problems ask the reference librarian in room 300 or, if off-campus, contact the library at 936.273.7562 or send us a note.
